General liability

Permit Puller, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any damages or claims to person or property resulting from the use of the Permit Puller service, a permit and/or signs. The customer further agrees accept full liability for all liability, claims, suits, losses, costs and legal fees made against Permit Puller, Inc. in conjunction or related to the Permit Puller, Inc. service. Furthermore, Permit Puller shall not be held liable for any losses or damages in the event that we are unable to secure a requested permit.

indemnification

The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Permit Puller, Inc. its affiliates, its employees, its subcontractors and its agents against any and all liability, claims, suits, losses, costs and legal fees caused by, arising out of, or resulting from any negligent acts or omissions in performance and/or failure to perform including the negligent acts or omissions of Permit Puller, Inc. its affiliates, its employees, its subcontractors and its agents.

city imposed restrictions

Cities may impose certain restrictions, specific times and conditions on each specific permit. It is the customer’s duty to read, understand and perform and/or to meet these conditions.

Cancelations/rescheduling

Upon submission, Permit Puller, Inc. will always attempt to provide permit service as quickly as possible. Cancellations/rescheduling shall be directed to info@permitpuller.com or 617-424-7275. In the event of cancellation/rescheduling, the customer shall be responsible for all fees incurred until that point (City fees and Permit Puller fees). Municipalities rarely allow rescheduling of a permit after it has been issued. A new permit date typically means a new permit and a new set of fees.

revocation

Cities generally reserve the right to revoke a permit at any time. Permit Puller, Inc. its affiliates, its employees, its subcontractors and its agents shall be held harmless against any and all liability, claims, suits, losses, costs and legal fees caused by, arising out of revocation.

your obligation to review

Do not assume that the documents are correct or suit your needs. Route survey companies can change routes, and traffic engineers can make errors. Please check your documents upon receipt and notify us if you see an error and we will try to correct as needed.
